The following excerpts are from a tablet from Bahá’u’lláh to Mullah Muhammad Shafí:
- Praise and Thanksgiving be at The Threshold of the Unseen
- for that which was hidden in the past books and is now revealed.
- The people of Bahá are they who are not deterred
- from service in The Cause of God by the cruelty or
- hatred of the enemies.
- These are the inhabitants of the Crimson Ark.
- Prayer:
- "O Thou who hast conquered the world by Thy Great Name.
- There is no God but Thee, The Beloved, The Single."
This tablet eulogizes from the Pen of The Most High His Holiness Vahíd and
those who waged Holy War in the path of God as well as the martyr Mullá Alí Jan and other devoted friends.
A prayer for Mullah Muhammad Shafí:
- …to achieve that which will endure as long as God's Kingdom
- in The Heaven and on The Earth endures.
- O Friends, hearken to the call of This Prisoner
- and act according to that which is befitting in This Day of God:
- that is to be pure and detached from all that
- which might obscure your station
- or might defile you with the things of this world.
